disc prolapse

For haglunexostosis, wearing shoes with a soft heel and a good fit is important to minimize friction and pressure on the heel. Ice treatments can reduce swelling. Physical therapy can provide exercises to strengthen surrounding muscles and improve mobility. Pain-relieving medications can be taken in consultation with a doctor. If symptoms persist, an orthopedist or physiotherapist should be consulted.
