FAQ

Your questions, answered.

The things parents ask us most — about getting started, how our therapy works, what programs cost, and what to expect when you visit.

Getting started

First steps.

How do we begin?

It starts with a free, no-obligation introductory call with our lead therapist. We listen first, then suggest a path.

Do we need a diagnosis to come?

No. Many families arrive with a clear diagnosis, others just with a gut feeling that something isn't right. Both are welcome.

What ages do you work with?

We work with children from early intervention (0–3) through to older children, tailoring each plan to the child.

Therapy & methods

How we work.

What is ORCA?

ORCA — Objective Reasoning & Clinical Architecture — is the framework that turns assessment into one coherent, individual plan, so you always know which method, when and why. Learn more.

Why intensive, active therapy?

Active movement the child produces builds motor pathways in a way passive handling can't. Intensive blocks drive measurable progress in a focused timeframe.

How do you measure progress?

With recognised tools like GMFM, Peabody-3 and ICF-Y — assessed at the start, tracked throughout, and delivered in a final ORCA report.

Am I involved in the therapy?

Yes — Family Centered Care means you're part of the team from day one, learning and carrying the progress home with you.

Programs & fees

Practical things.

What programs do you offer?

Three rhythms: ORCA Intensive (1–4 week immersive blocks), Weekly therapy, and Virtual visits from anywhere.

What does it cost?

All fees are shown transparently in CHF on our Outlays (fees) page, with insurance pathways explained.

Will insurance cover it?

We work with Krankenkasse and IV/AI pathways where applicable, and provide everything you need for your insurer. See insurance & funding.
