Concierge

You focus on your child. We'll handle Zug.

Travelling for an intensive is a lot. Our concierge takes care of the logistics — getting here, getting in, where to stay — so the only thing you carry is your child.

Getting here

Transit & accessibility.

01 · Arrive

Fly into Zurich (ZRH).

Switzerland’s main gateway — roughly 2–3 hours from most of Europe. Trains to the rest of the country leave from directly beneath the arrivals hall, so there’s no transfer into the city.

02 · Transfer

Direct train — or drive.

About 50 minutes by train, mostly without changing — or ~40 minutes by car, straight down the motorway (A4 / A14). Travelling with equipment or a wheelchair? Tell us and we’ll arrange a door-to-door transfer.

03 · Zug

Arrive on Lake Zug.

A calm lakeside town beneath Mount Rigi — cafés, a playground and the lake promenade are all a short stroll from the centre.

04 · The centre

Under a minute from the station.

Apexa QLA Suisse, Chamerstrasse 170 — just 40 m from Zug station, a step-free, wheelchair-friendly walk of under a minute. Driving? There are now 5 parking spaces right in front of the centre.
