Every track includes

The same rigour, every time.

Hours of active therapy

Direct, one-to-one active movement therapy — the dose scaled to the rhythm we recommend for your child.

Objective tracking

Progress measured with recognised tools — GMFM-88, Peabody-3 and ICF-CY — start to finish.

Final ORCA report

A clear, shareable report of what changed — useful for your doctors and your insurer.

Parent coaching

You learn the moves too — so the progress carries home with you, not just in the centre.

Inside an intensive

Every day, one step closer.

An intensive isn’t a fixed timetable — it’s a focused rhythm we shape around one child, one milestone at a time. Here’s what stays constant, and what we adjust as we go.

  1. Every session

    Family Centered Care

You’re in the room as co-therapist from the very first session — every single session includes the family, because the progress that lasts is the progress you can carry home. The day opens with gentle activation (Galileo) and a play-led warm-up.

  2. The work

    Active movement blocks

The core of the day — intensive, repetition-rich active therapy with suspension and suit work, paced with rest and play, and always aimed at the day’s target skill.

  3. Every day

One step closer to the milestone

Each day we look at one thing: how do we get your child a step closer to the milestones we set together? Small measurements are logged daily and feed the ORCA report — so progress is measured, not guessed.

  4. Along the way

    The team reviews & recalibrates

The therapists meet to talk through your child’s trajectory, and about once a month along the journey we recalibrate the plan — so it keeps fitting your child as they grow and their goals move.

The practical bits

Fees, funding & questions.

What does each program cost?

All Honorar (fees) are shown transparently in CHF on our Outlays (fees) page — single sessions and intensive blocks.

Does insurance cover it?

Sometimes — outside Switzerland, most families pay and reclaim. In Switzerland, speak with your Krankenkasse or the IV; for ORCA we have no insurer agreements at this time. See insurance & funding for the details and paperwork we provide.

How far ahead should we book an intensive?

Intensive blocks fill in advance, especially for international families. Use Check availability below and we'll hold a provisional slot.

Coming from abroad?

Our Concierge helps with travel, arrival and accommodation around your block. More in the FAQ.

Upcoming blocks
