What to bring.

A short, friendly checklist for your first visit and your intensive block — so nothing important is left at home. Not sure about something? Our concierge is one message away.

The essentials

Four little checklists.

Most families already have everything they need. Bring what applies to your child — and don’t worry, we keep spares of most things at the centre.

Documents & records

  • Referral letter or prescription, if you have one
  • Recent medical reports & any imaging
  • Previous therapy or assessment notes (GMFM, Peabody…)
  • A list of current medications & dosages
  • Insurance details or cost-approval letter
  • Your child’s ID or passport

Clothing & kit

  • Comfortable clothes your child can move freely in
  • A spare set or two — sessions are active
  • Non-slip socks or trainers
  • Any orthotics, splints or AFOs your child wears
  • Swimwear & a towel, if hydrotherapy is planned
  • Glasses, hearing aids or communication devices

Comfort & care

  • A favourite toy, book or comfort item
  • Snacks and a refillable water bottle
  • Nappies, wipes & a change mat for little ones
  • Sun hat & sunscreen in summer
  • Any special dietary items

On the day

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early for the first session
  • A second carer is welcome — an extra pair of hands helps
  • A pram or buggy if your child tires easily
  • Your list of questions for the team
  • Comfortable shoes for you, too

This is a general guide — after you book, we’ll send a short, personalised list for your child’s programme.

Every child is different. Message our concierge before you travel and we’ll tell you exactly what your family needs — and what you can safely leave at home.
