Finding us in Zug

Everything you need for a smooth arrival at the centre — where we are, where to park, and the easiest ways to reach us by car, train or straight from the airport.

First visits are easier when you know exactly where you're going. Whether you're driving over for a weekly session or flying in for an intensive block, here is everything you need to find us — door to door. Our Chamerstrasse centre is the home of ORCA — Objective Reasoning & Clinical Architecture — and this guide covers the practical side of reaching it.

Where we are

You'll find Apexa QLA Suisse at Chamerstrasse 170, 6300 Zug, on the third floor. We're a few minutes from the lake, with the Zug-Chollermüli rail stop practically on the doorstep. If you're navigating, this Google Maps pin takes you straight to the entrance. You can reach us any time by phone or WhatsApp on +41 44 688 10 11.

Arriving by car — and where to park

Four visitor parking spaces are reserved for the centre right at the entrance — free of charge for the duration of your appointment. If they're taken, there is additional visitor parking directly across from the entrance, payable by Twint or EasyPark (please note these external spaces aren't managed by us).

Parking at a glance

  • Four reserved visitor spaces at the entrance — free during your appointment.
  • Extra visitor parking across the street — pay via Twint or EasyPark.
  • Running late or can't find a spot? Call us — we'll help.

Flying in: airport transfers

Many of our families travel from abroad, so we've made the last leg easy. Our concierge team arranges reliable transfers from Zurich Airport (ZRH) as well as the regional airports in Bern, Basel and St. Gallen — comfortable limousines or wheelchair-accessible vans, with experienced drivers who know the local roads. They'll happily help with luggage and any special requests, and if you're staying a while, they can also point you to family-friendly accommodation nearby.

Taking the train

Switzerland's rail network makes us genuinely easy to reach without a car. The nearest stop is Zug-Chollermüli, a short walk from the front door. From Zurich main station the journey takes about 29 minutes; from Lucerne about 31 minutes. Plan your connection with the SBB route planner at sbb.ch.

When you arrive

We're open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 20:00 and weekends from 08:45 to 18:00, with Sundays by request. Come up to the third floor — a warm welcome (and a good coffee) is waiting. If you have any questions before your visit, or you'd like help coordinating your arrival, just get in touch — smooth arrivals are something we genuinely care about.
